How to Register a Camper
To register a child in foster care, aged 7-11 years old, for Camp Rock Forward, please follow these instructions.
Case Workers:
Foster parents:
- Notify Camp Rock Forward Director, Nancy Ramos that you have a child to register. This will hold the child's spot for camp.
- Complete all 3 forms in the registration packet and send them to your caseworker. Ask them to send the forms to DCFS for signature.
- Ask your caseworker to send the signed forms to [email protected].
